We aim to connect and accelerate the alignment and evolution of the workforce development and education system in communities to ensure equal access to socio-economic advancement through Premier Pre- Apprenticeship programs that will AID in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

How Do We Serve?
Rise Up KC's Premier Pre-Apprenticeship Program(s) is an exclusive pre-apprenticeship experience from start
to finish. Before our registered participants get enrolled in our career & skilled trades (Intermediary
Partners) to begin their industry-recognized certification and hands-on training they must successfully
complete our Rise Up KC EMPOWERMENT for SUCCESS courses. Upon completion of Rise Up KC's
Empowerment for Success courses, participants will then be transitioned, connected, and enrolled into our
Intermediary Partners certification program in which most have over a 90% Retention Rate, 95% Graduation
Rate and nearly 100% Employment Rate. Due to the incredible service of Rise Up KC's Intermediary Partners,
our participants will become PAID apprentices upon completion of their industry-recognized certification
training.

RFI provides 15 to 20-hour courses for Pre-
Apprentice participants in selected Industry
Recognized Certification
FOUNDATIONS OF FINANCIAL LITERACY
10 to 15-hour course providing practical application
in everyday life that includes banking, budgeting,
handling debt, credit, and light investing
SUCCESS FOR SOFT SKILLS
Interview simulation, communication development,
and resume build.
MENTORSHIP BRIDGE
Each candidate will be paired with a support success mentor to bridge the gap between each step of the program
